In the spirit of reconciliation, we acknowledge the Nukunu People as the Traditional Owners of the land on which Carmody’s Hill Wind Farm sits. We pay our respect to their elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.
Partnership with Nukunu: Preserving Culture and Country
We recognise the role of Nukunu in the management, protection, and promotion of cultural heritage and awareness on Country. We are working closely with the Nukunu to explore opportunities that can provide long-lasting benefits to their community, through meaningful engagement. We appreciate this is only possible through respect, transparency and commitment to a long-term partnership between Nukunu and the Project.
